Questions sellers ask
What if I lose my phone?
Your shop keeps running. Sign in from any phone with the same number — a fresh link arrives, the old one dies.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point it at us and the certificate is issued automatically; your free Sell Front address then redirects to it, so there is one shop, not two.
Do I need a GSTIN to start?
No. Without one your documents are titled “Invoice” rather than “Tax invoice”. Add a GSTIN later and every invoice from then on splits CGST and SGST in-state, IGST across states.
How does cash on delivery settle?
The money is confirmed at the door, not pretended at checkout. COD carries its own fee line, stated to the buyer before they order, and the return-to-origin signals are yours from order one.
What does it cost?
We are settling pricing with our first sellers. Tell us about your shop below and we will talk it through with you by email.
Can I move off Sell Front later?
Export your products as the same CSV you imported, and your orders and order lines as CSV from Analytics. Your domain is yours; point it somewhere else and nothing of ours holds it.
